Bombayed New Potatoes
Before now I had never realised that Bombay potatoes contained mustard. When I tried this recipe it just made sense. The spices tasted very similar to my local takeaway compared to when I have made spicy potatoes before.
There was a vegetarian (with a few labelled vegan recipe) cookbook that I found in the library when we were on holiday. Here is a just about identical recipe, possibly the actual recipe, but I thought it was a different book that I photocopied the recipe from:
