Mini silken tofu quiches

 These were tasty but too wet. I needed to squeeze the tofu more before blending. EDIT: They were from Fat Free Vegan Kitchen!

Heart shaped sugar cubes

Mix sugar, food colouring and a little bit of water if needed. Use a cookie cutter, as I did or it might work with your fingers, to make shapes. Give to boyfriend who loves sugary coffee.
