Valentine's Day was a while ago

Mini silken tofu quiches
These were tasty but too wet. I needed to squeeze the tofu more before blending. EDIT: They were from Fat Free Vegan Kitchen!
Heart shaped sugar cubes
Mix sugar, food colouring and a little bit of water if needed. Use a cookie cutter, as I did or it might work with your fingers, to make shapes. Give to boyfriend who loves sugary coffee.
I must have got the recipe from a website somewhere but I can't remember where........ I just looked up fat free vegan kitchen and yes it was the recipe! I'll put the link in for others. Thanks!
